Founded and directed by Apostle Randolph A. Simmons, Under His Wings Transitional Living is an essential non-profit arm of Promise Land Outreach Ministries. Our mission is strictly dedicated to breaking the cycles of homelessness, displacement, and economic instability by providing individuals and families with a structured, faith-first environment.
We do not believe in merely managing a crisis—we believe in transforming lives out of it. Through holistic spiritual care, comprehensive life skills education, personal accountability tracking, and community support networks, we equip our residents with the vital tools, dignity, and pathways required to transition securely into permanent, self-sufficient independent living and their God-given purpose.

We envision Under His Wings Transitional Living as a place of refuge and restoration where individuals are equipped through education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, financial stewardship, and life skills to break cycles of crisis, achieve sustainable independence, and fulfill their God-given purpose.
Broadcasting Restored Lives
The testimonies emerging from our transitional facilities will serve as global proof of God's power to restore. As this program interfaces with the My Streaming Video Broadcasting Network family, we are preparing media architectures to document real-world victories over homelessness.
Soon, this digital portal will broadcast impact documentaries, restoration spotlights, and community milestone updates directly via Roku. We are deploying the digital framework needed to beam the message of recovery and independent living to homes across the globe.
