What began as a vision in Atlanta, Georgia, expanded to Dallas, Texas, and has now been firmly established as a regional beacon in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Founder & Spiritual Father
Apostle Randolph A. Simmons is a devoted man of God and the Founder of The Promise Land Outreach Ministries. Known for his deep commitment to prayer, integrity, and mentorship, he serves as a spiritual father to many, raising and guiding sons and daughters to walk boldly in their callings. A loving husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather, Apostle Randolph leads both his home and the community with profound compassion. Alongside his wife, he is also the founder of Under His Wings Transitional Living, an initiative dedicated to breaking cycles of homelessness and instability.
Apostle Sheila F. Simmons
Co-Founder & Spiritual Mother
Apostle Sheila F. Simmons is a woman of unwavering faith who has co-labored faithfully in ministry for over 17 years. A gifted intercessor and spiritual leader, she carries a deep burden for prayer and the holistic healing of God's people. She is the CEO of The Secret Place Sanctuary, a specialized refuge dedicated to restoring and empowering survivors of domestic violence. In addition, she is the visionary founder of Women of Destiny, a thriving movement committed to equipping and uplifting women to discover their God-given purpose and walk in Kingdom authority.
